Can my child attend summer music even if we have a conflict with some of the dates?
While we would love to have the students attend every moment of our summer music camp, we recognize that this is not always possible. Consequently, we welcome students to attend even if they have some conflicts. If your child has conflicts during our four week session, simply let his or her teacher know. We will help them catch up with any missed lessons. However, missing more than one week of the session is difficult for students. There will be no prorating of the camp fee for missed rehearsals. back

I need to cancel my registration, what is the refund policy?
Any refund requests should be sent directly to charles_staley@ipsd.org Refunds up to the first day of camp will be honored less a $10 administrative fee. There will be no refunds after the first day of camp. back

Is it safe to register online? I am concerned about the security of my credit card info?
Yes, online registration is very secure. The transmission of student information is processed on a certified secure server powered by Ecartsoft. Credit cards are processed through PayPal or Google Merchant. Both companies are industry leaders and maintain the tightest security. back

Can I still register online if I don't have have a credit card?
Yes, you have two other options for paying. You may pay with an Echeck, an electronic transmission from your bank account, through PayPal. Secondly, you can pay with a check if you register through the mail. back

Can percussionists attend the Jazz Camp?
A limited number of percussionists will be selected based on the student's application and the teacher recommendation form. We will choose 2-3 percussionists per band. Percussionists will be notified by e-mail or telephone by June 4. Although there will be limited percussionist enrollment in the Jazz Camp, all percussionists are encouraged to enroll in the Summer Percussion Camp offered this June. This percussion camp will be open to any percussionist in grades 7-12 and it will allow students to further develop skills on drum-set, vibes, and Latin percussion. Percussionists not selected for the Jazz Camp will receive a full refund. back
