The Neuqua Valley Symphony Orchestra Proudly Announces:
The third annual
Concerto Showcase
Featuring Student Soloists
Round 1: Recordings/Applications are due September 16, 2011.
Round 2: Live Auditions will take place on November 8, 2011.
Soloists are required to provide their own piano accompaniment and accompanist.
Vocalists and Pianists will be considered.
Selected soloists will perform with the NVSO on the April concert.
Criteria for selection:
Soloist performance is of high quality
Compatibility with other works on the program
Length of Selection
Difficulty of accompaniment
Availability of orchestra score and parts
Preference given to Full-Year members of the NVSO
Priority given to students not selected in previous years
